Location:
Bellevue, WA or Overland Park, KS. Hybrid, requiring presence in the office at least three days per week.
The Senior Commercial Marketing Manager develops and implements strategies that deliver world‑class customer experiences across all channels. The role collaborates with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Program Management, and Operations to define, execute, and evolve the strategic vision. Responsibilities include driving discovery, authoring business objectives, and presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and implement T‑Mobile strategies to continuously improve customer experiences, drive growth, and reduce churn.
- Drive strategy through execution in close coordination with technical teams.
- Define target, value proposition, and reason to believe requirements; lead creation and prioritization of use cases to deliver on strategy.
- Develop strategy using data analytics and customer/business insights to articulate market opportunities and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
- Collaborate closely with product, strategy, and GTM teams to execute omni‑channel customer initiatives and communications.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
- Manage business performance, tracking results and preparing contingencies to iterate plans competitively.
- Lead and mentor less experienced peers as needed.
- Perform other duties and projects assigned by business management.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (Required)
- Master’s/Advanced Degree (Preferred)
- Marketing experience in software, hardware, web, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or consumer packaged goods (Required)
- Experience driving strategy cross‑functionally (Preferred)
- Experience analyzing customer, business, and industry data to drive performance (Preferred)
- At least 18 years of age

Base Pay Range: $109,300 – $197,200
Corporate Bonus Target: 20%
