This role is essential for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that support commercial and brand objectives across multiple channels. It involves creating marketing plans that leverage paid, owned, and earned media to align with company priorities and drive business results. The role requires collaboration with commercial, operations, media, and analytics teams to orchestrate complex marketing initiatives effectively. Success is measured by the ability to deliver marketing programs on time, within budget, and that meet performance and brand goals.

The work impacts the organization by ensuring consistent marketing execution that enhances the product experience and supports digital transformation efforts.

Job Responsibilities
:

• Drive consistent messaging frameworks and operational procedures across the solutions messaging function
• Design and coordinate development of solutions messaging for TfB product portfolio
• Support collaborations with leadership and cross-functional teams to align messaging priorities and ensure timely, execution
• Work with analytics and marketing operations to quantify strategic objectives and evaluate marketing performance
• Leverage data, analytics, and segmentation to identify opportunities and translate insights into product messaging
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed

Education and Work Experience
:

Required

• Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience
• OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience
• OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)

Preferred

• 2-4 years Experience in creating compelling messaging that clearly reflects the value of products and solutions, translating technical descriptions into digestible, audience-friendly content
• 1-2 years Delivering product/solutions messaging that transform highly technical product descriptions into digestible, easy to understand messaging
• 1-2 years Delivering omni/multi-channel integrated campaigns at scale and leveraging data and digital in execution. (Preferred)
