What You'll Do

As a Product Marketing Manager for Core Weave software products like W&B Models and W&B Weave, you will help define and scale the narratives, product launches, and go-to-market strategy for the platform that AI researchers and developers rely on to build, evaluate, and improve AI models and agents. You will sit at the intersection of AI research, model and agent development, and production AI operations, translating deeply technical capabilities into compelling stories that resonate with AI researchers, engineers, platform teams, and technical decision‑makers.

Working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Developer Relations, and Customer Marketing, you’ll help shape how the market understands and adopts the next generation of AI development workflows. This is a highly cross‑functional role that requires technical fluency, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping developers build better AI products.

About

The Role

As Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for defining the value proposition, positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy for Core Weave’s AI researcher and developer tools. We offer a broad portfolio of products spanning experiment tracking, model evaluation, AI observability, agent development, and MLOps, helping the world’s leading AI teams build, evaluate, and operate AI models and agents with confidence and speed.

This role sits at the forefront of our purpose‑built tools for accelerating the agent loop. You’ll help shape the future of agent workflows, enabling agents to run, generate traces, be evaluated, incorporate feedback, and continuously improve through an iterative development cycle. You will work with key stakeholders in marketing, sales, product management and engineering to shape Core Weave’s software portfolio growth.

You’re eager to listen to customers, understand the mechanics of how we win in the market, and package key insights into scalable value propositions in close collaboration with other teams across the organization.

It is critical that you leverage data and analytics to demonstrate impact of your work through metrics from adoption to deal flow in a way that is intuitive for your stakeholders and senior executives.

Positioning & Messaging
  • Develop compelling positioning and messaging for products across experiment tracking, model evaluation, agent observability improvement and MLOps workflows.
  • Create narratives, demos, and product storytelling that clearly communicate Core Weave’s differentiation and value to AI researchers, engineers, platform teams, and technical decision‑makers.
  • Support product launches with persona‑driven messaging grounded in customer insights, market research, and product adoption data.
  • Partner with Demand Generation and Content Marketing to develop campaign briefs and messaging frameworks that scale across the customer journey.
Customer Advocacy & Market Insights
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to uncover customer stories, use cases, and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop customer case studies, testimonials, and reference materials that demonstrate the business and technical impact of our products.
  • Collaborate with Content Marketing and Demand Generation teams to amplify customer successes through blogs, webinars, events, and other thought leadership channels.
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends to inform messaging, positioning, and product strategy.
