Compensation: $800–$1,200 per week base + commission.

We are seeking a top-performing Events Coordinator to lead and grow our event marketing efforts across Western Washington. In this role, you will be responsible for booking events, managing a team, generating leads, and working events in‑person. This position requires a leader who will own the full event lifecycle — from securing opportunities to executing successful events and driving measurable results.

• Book and secure weekly events and shows across your assigned territory.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute event schedules for yourself and your team.
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a team of Event Demonstrators.
• Ensure booths are properly set up, staffed, and broken down at every event.
• Actively work events, engage customers, and generate qualified leads.
• Drive lead generation that directly impacts sales and revenue.
• Monitor inventory, productivity, labor, and budgets on a weekly basis.
• Set and track performance goals for each event, week, and month.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with leadership and internal teams.

• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Background in customer‑facing roles (B2C marketing, retail, sales, or events).
• Experience with recruiting and hiring (preferred).
• Highly outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and representing the brand in person.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand and work for extended periods at events.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and administrative tasks.
• Must be available to work every weekend.

• Event marketing, trade shows, home shows, or promotional marketing experience (strongly preferred).

• Base Pay: $800–$1,200 per week.
