Role Description The Part-Time Social Media Content Producer - Real Estate will create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media channels to support Graham-McCarthy Group's brand and listings. This is a contract position fworking from home but out in the field in the Seattle area as well. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing content calendars, writing captions and posts, producing short-form video content, and optimizing visuals that showcase properties, and our branding initiatives.
The role involves collaborating to gather information, track campaign performance, and adjust content strategies based on analytics and audience engagement. The Social Media Content Producer will also stay current with real estate and social media trends to recommend new formats and platforms that enhance reach and lead generation.
Qualifications
- Strong written Communication and Writing skills for clear, engaging social media and marketing content.
- Hands-on experience in Video Production, including shooting and editing short-form videos suitable for major social platforms.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and basic analytics tracking.
- Ability to develop and execute a Content Strategy aligned with brand guidelines and real estate business goals.
- Familiarity with major platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, You Tube, and emerging channels.
- Basic graphic design or visual editing skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or similar applications.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Prior experience in real estate marketing or working with real estate professionals is a plus.
- Relevant education or training in marketing, communications, media production, or a related field is preferred.
