Parcion Private Wealth is a nationally recognized multi-family office dedicated to partnering with business owners and their families through life-changing liquidity events and beyond. We serve ultra-high net worth founders, entrepreneurs, and first-generation wealth creators with complex financial lives, delivering integrated advice across investments, planning, and legacy considerations with discretion, rigor, and long-term perspective.

The Marketing & Events Manager helps bring Parcion Private Wealth's brand and marketing strategy to life across digital campaigns, content, events and firm initiatives. This role blends creative work with hands on execution, one day coordinating our flagship client event, the next producing social content, launching an email campaign or partnering with advisors on a new marketing push. We're investing heavily in technology, AI and marketing to become the most recognized brand serving business owners nationwide, and this role is central to that effort.

The ideal candidate is just as comfortable planning an event for 200 guests as editing a video for Linked In or using AI to get more done, faster.

Compensation: $90,000 to $110,000 base salary, depending on experience, plus bonus eligibility, comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities.

Core business hours, Monday through Friday.
