Marketing Manager, Events

• Bring email campaigns and nurture programs to life, from the first draft to the final send
• Keep digital marketing initiatives moving across every channel
• Help plan, launch and report on campaigns, then use insights to improve future campaigns
• Coordinate with outside marketing partners and vendors to keep projects on track
• Analyze marketing performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Manage logistics for client and prospect events from start to finish
• Lead planning for the annual Signature Event
• Coordinate venues, vendors, invitations, registration and event communications
• Own event budgets, timelines and execution plans
• Build marketing collateral and presentations
• Create social content and maintain the posting calendar
• Shoot and edit short-form video for Linked In and other channels
• Write content for email, web and social media
• Coordinate photography, video and creative assets
• Maintain website and landing pages
• Support SEO and AEO initiatives
• Monitor website performance and improve lead conversion
• Use AI tools to accelerate content creation and campaign execution
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive marketing work
• Use Mail Chimp, Salesforce, Snappy Kraken and other CRM and automation tools
• Stay current on AI capabilities for marketing

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
• 3 to 6 years of marketing experience
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable balancing strategy with hands‑on execution
• Experience with email marketing platforms
• Experience creating digital and social media content

Demonstrates expertise in managing comprehensive marketing campaigns, from planning and execution to analysis and optimization. Proficient in digital content creation, event management, and utilizing marketing automation tools to enhance performance and efficiency.
