Job Description
Our client is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to help accelerate customer acquisition, build strategic partnerships, and expand their brand presence through digital marketing, webinars, and in-person events nationwide.
The Growth Marketing Manager will own and execute growth initiatives designed to drive qualified leads, increase conversions, and enhance the prospective client experience. This individual will work closely with attorney partners, content partners, and internal stakeholders to develop scalable growth programs that attract high-cali "al professionals seeking immigration services.
The ideal candidate has experience in growth-stage companies and a proven track record of acquiring customers through targeted marketing campaigns, partnerships, webinars, events, and digital channels. Experience marketing directly to consumers (B2C) is highly preferred.
Growth Strategy & Customer Acquisition- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies that drive qualified leads and customer acquisition.
- Create and optimize targeted campaigns across digital marketing channels, with a strong emphasis on Linked In.
- Build, manage, and continuously improve marketing funnels to increase conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve ROI.
- Establish and manage relationships with attorney partners to support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with content creators, industry influencers, communities, and organizations that can help expand reach and drive growth.
- Develop co-marketing opportunities that generate demand and position EB1A Experts as a market leader.
- Plan, organize, and execute virtual webinars featuring immigration attorneys and industry experts.
- Coordinate in-person events across major U.S. markets to engage current clients, prospects, and referral partners.
- Manage event promotion, attendee acquisition, registration campaigns, follow-up communications, and post-event reporting.
- Ensure a high-quality attendee experience that strengthens engagement and conversion.
- Launch and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to drive consultations, demos, and client engagement.
- Collaborate with content partners and internal teams to develop marketing assets and messaging.
- Segment target audiences and develop personalized outreach strategies.
- Test new acquisition channels and scale successful programs.

- 5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Performance Marketing, or Customer Acquisition.
- Proven success growing customer acquisition for a B2C business.
- Experience developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong experience with Linked In as a customer acquisition and lead generation platform.
- Experience owning webinar programs, virtual events, and/or in-person marketing events.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working for venture-backed, Series A, Series B, or growth-stage companies.
- Experience at companies that have achieved product-market fit and are focused on scaling growth.
- Background in professional services, legal services, immigration services, creator businesses, or technology-enabled services.
- Experience building strategic partnerships and co-marketing programs.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
