VP of Growth​/Senior Director of Omnichannel

A fast-growing wellness company with a portfolio of nutrition and supplement brands. From superfoods to vitamins, they offer pure, high-quality ingredients trusted by millions of health-conscious consumers. As the company enter next stage of growth, they're building a stronger direct-to-consumer growth engine and translating consumer demand into company-wide omnichannel growth across Amazon, Tik Tok Shop, Walmart, Target, Costco, retail partners, and other e-commerce channels.

We're looking for a VP of Growth to lead and scale our DTC business — with particular emphasis on Meta, Google, Shopify, performance creative, CRO, CRM, lifecycle marketing, SEO, and customer retention — and to use that engine to create consumer demand that drives growth across the entire business, not just Shopify revenue.

A second major part of this role is accelerating our retail business across Walmart, Target, Costco, and other major retail partners, both online and in-store. Amazon and Tik Tok Shop already have dedicated channel leaders; you'll partner closely with those teams so that DTC marketing, paid media, product launches, promotions, and brand-building create measurable spillover across every channel we sell in.

In this role, you will:

• Own the strategy and scale of our DTC growth engine across acquisition, conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value.
• Lead Meta and Google performance marketing end-to-end — full-funnel strategy, creative testing, budget allocation, and measurement.
• Turn DTC marketing into omnichannel demand, measuring and optimizing spillover into Amazon, Tik Tok Shop, Walmart, Target, and Costco.
• Accelerate Walmart, Target, and Costco growth in partnership with Sales and Retail teams, both online and in-store.
• Build CRM, retention, and first-party data capabilities to grow repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value.
• Own growth budgets and economics, allocating investment based on marginal return, incrementality, and total business impact.
• Partner with Amazon and Tik Tok Shop leaders on coordinated product launches, promotions, and a unified measurement framework.

• Base salary: $200,000–$210,000 per year
• Performance-based bonus or growth incentive tied to company-wide omnichannel growth

• 10+ years of experience in DTC growth, performance marketing, e-commerce, omnichannel growth, or digital commerce for consumer product brands.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads, including campaign structure, bidding, attribution, audience strategy, creative testing, feed optimization, and budget allocation.
• Strong experience scaling Shopify or DTC businesses through paid media, CRO, CRM, lifecycle marketing, SEO, affiliate, influencer, and retention strategies.
• Proven ability to manage meaningful growth budgets and allocate investment based on marginal return, incrementality, CAC, LTV, contribution margin, and total business impact.
• Experience building full-funnel acquisition strategies across paid social, paid search, Shopping, You Tube, creators, SEO, email/SMS, and other performance channels.
• Strong understanding of DTC and growth metrics, including CAC, MER, ROAS, AOV, CVR, LTV, repeat purchase, retention, subscription performance, contribution margin, and profitability.
