Graphic Design Specialist

Terra Power's Graphic Design Specialist will play a central role in bringing our story to life through compelling and engaging visual communications. This role will report to the Director of Communications and Marketing and be responsible for developing high-quality visual content that supports corporate communications, brand management, digital marketing, recruiting, executive presentations, events, and stakeholder engagement.

This role is ideal for a versatile designer with strong creative instincts, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging visuals. The successful candidate will work closely with communications, marketing, business leaders, subject matter experts, and external vendors to create impactful visual assets that strengthen our brand and support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop visually compelling designs across print, digital, social media, web, video, and presentation formats.
• Maintain and evolve the company's visual identity standards and brand guidelines.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all communications materials and touchpoints.
• Coordinate with vendors and production partners to ensure high-quality execution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand objectives, gather requirements, and deliver creative solutions.
• Organize and maintain digital asset libraries and design templates.
• Design event branding, signage, exhibits, trade show materials, environmental graphics, and promotional items.
