Performance Marketing Manager, Amazon Leo

Amazon Leo is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Amazon Leo will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.

The Amazon Leo North America Consumer team is looking for a talented Performance Marketing Manager to own digital marketing campaigns across the US, Canada, and Mexico. This role is responsible for campaign execution and optimization to acquire subscribers through digital marketing channels including , email, and display. You will work closely with creative, marketing channel owners, and central Amazon teams to ensure we meet subscriber goals.

A successful candidate will hold an incredibly high execution bar, have exceptional project management skills, with experience delivering successful marketing campaigns for subscription businesses. We are looking for someone customer obsessed with a proven track record of driving growth and early business adoption, a test and learn mindset, and working collaboratively with internal teams. You will be a self‑starter, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast‑paced and ever‑changing environment.

• Execute end‑to‑end Leo acquisition marketing campaigns in digital performance channels.
• This role is responsible for campaign execution and optimization to acquire subscribers through digital marketing channels including , email, and display.
• Optimize against key channel engagement and business KPIs including share of voice, click through rates, conversion, and cost per acquisition.
• Test and learn messaging, creative, and segmentation strategies to improve channel results.
• Establish mechanisms that set a high bar for campaign delivery across creative execution, campaign building, and QA.
• Partner with central Amazon marketing channel and retail event teams to build Leo marketing plans.

Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

• 4+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
• Experience building, executing and scaling cross‑functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
• Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels

• Experience with in app messaging and mobile marketing platforms (Braze, Iterable, Lean Plum, Swrve, Adobe, Localytics etc.)
