** This is not a remote position. T-Mobile is a hybrid work environment requiring work in the office three (3) days per week. The successful candidate will be located in the greater Seattle, Washington area.**
Job OverviewThis role is essential for optimizing the portfolio of products and services across diverse business segments to maximize revenue and support customer acquisition. It involves planning, creating, and producing marketing communications and supporting performance reporting to implement strategic objectives effectively. The role requires leveraging insights that consider market dynamics, customer behavior, competitive actions, and channel alignment. Success is measured by the ability to drive demand generation, deliver actionable analytics, and achieve targeted business outcomes.
The work impacts the organization by enhancing market presence and supporting sustained customer growth through coordinated, data-driven marketing efforts.
- Partner with marketing planning, analysis, customer insights, and product management teams to support campaign execution, targeting, performance tracking, and reporting, including preparation of presentations and summaries
- Assist in preparation of inputs for annual marketing plans, strategies, and tactical programs
- Collaborate with creative, merchandising, advertising teams, and agencies to provide strategic input, audience insights, and performance feedback to inform marketing materials and value propositions
- Partner with marketing planning, analysis, consumer insights, and product management teams to inform promotion, pricing, and product roadmaps
- Coordinate cross-functional partnerships with sales, product management, and operations to ensure consistent execution and brand presentation
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
- Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience
OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience
OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
- 4-7 years Marketing experience.
- 4-7 years Experience in one or more of the following categories: software/hardware, web, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or consumer packaged goods, with a focus on Marketing, Product Management or Sales.

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $101,315 - $182,620
National Base Pay Range: $88,100 - $158,800
The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results.
