Youth Eastside Services (YES) seeks an Associate Director – Individual Giving to lead and grow our major gifts program from Bellevue, WA. You will manage a robust donor portfolio, craft strategic plans, and drive six-figure gifts to support youth mental health services across East King County.
In this high‑impact role, you will partner with leadership, marketing, and clinical teams to tell donor stories and expand our endowment and annual giving. Travel to off-site donor meetings is required.
