About the Role
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Eating Recovery Center, Bellevue, WA.The role supports the ERC Pathlight team, delivering psychiatric care for eating, mood, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders to patients nationally and virtually.
Essential Duties- Work closely with a credentialed physician to deliver psychiatric healthcare to patients.
- Function as a member of a multidisciplinary treatment team and provide direct patient care.
- Evaluate and monitor patients’ psychiatric conditions in collaboration with physicians and other care providers.
- Determine and assess the health status of new or existing patients by reviewing records, taking comprehensive psychiatric and medical histories, and performing patient examinations.
- Analyze patient care and responses to treatment interventions and help develop care plans.
- Complete required documentation thoroughly and timely, maintaining accurate charts, case files, and records.
- Collaborate on care delivery with staff, physicians, other providers, and management to improve service and patient care.
- Maintain contact with referring providers, family members, and patient support persons as appropriate.
- Meet quality metrics by focusing on clinically relevant outcome measures and continuously improving patient care and program efficiency.
- Adhere to departmental policies, quality improvement, safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
- Promote positive interpersonal relationships with employees, physicians, patients, and visitors, treating them with courtesy, dignity, empathy, and respect.
- Enhance professional growth through participation in educational programs, current literature, in‑service meetings, staff training, and workshops.
- Evaluate own performance and recognize growth opportunities.
- Provide community education and engage in marketing efforts when requested.
- Master’s degree in a requisite field (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with specialization as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner).
- State licensure as an Advanced Registered Nurse (APRN) with psychiatric specialization or PMHNP, or Physician Assistant.
- Eligibility for a DEA registration.
- Experience working with child and adolescent populations receiving mental health care (nice to have).

Compensation for this role ranges from $122,000 to $138,000, depending on experience.
