• Fulfill the requirements of the specified clinician role with Signify Health.
• Be flexible to travel locally and within licensed states, as needed.
• Conduct virtual visits as needed.
• Provide all Signify Health services, including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products (e.g., spirometry, diabetes eye exams, DEE, bone density screening).

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Board certification (required). Multi‑state licenses preferred.
• Ability to cover primary locations:
  Seattle and surrounding area.

The typical pay range for this role is $95,738.00 – $. This range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. Actual base salary offers may vary based on experience, education, geography and other relevant criteria.

This full‑time position may also be eligible for other reimbursement opportunities, including pay per completed Diagnostic and Preventative Services (DPS) ordered, in addition to the base pay listed above.
