Advanced Specialty Staff RN – Cardiology

Job Summary

Advanced Specialty Staff RN – Cardiology (Part‑time, Day Shift) – Renton, Washington. Provide high‑quality nursing care to cardiology patients under state regulations and Pacific Medical Center standards. Under supervision of the department manager.

• Plan, direct, and deliver comprehensive nursing care for cardiology patients.
• Follow professional nursing standards, procedures, and protocols.
• Adhere to the Washington State Nurse Practice Act and Pacific Medical Center clinical standards.
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support patient care.

• Valid nursing degree (Baccalaureate, Associate, or Diploma) from an accredited program.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider Band‑A Level Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire (American Heart Association).
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum of 3 years recent experience in cardiology, specialty care, or acute care settings.

• Coursework or training in cardiology equipment, instruments, and sterilization.
• Specialty certification such as CCRN, CNOR, or CGRN upon hire.

• Compensation:
  Base pay $46.74–$73.78 per hour; additional shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, and incentive opportunities may apply.
