About the Role
Registered Nurse (RN) – Rehabilitation – Full‑time night shift (12‑hour, 7:00 p‑m to 7:00 a‑m) at Tri Health Rehabilitation Hospital, Cincinnati, OH.
CompensationHourly rate: $37.90–$51.00, based on experience. Sign‑on bonus: $10,000.
Responsibilities- Partner with Nursing Assistant to manage case load and support patient goals.
- Receive admissions and/or transfers.
- Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
- Document timely and accurately using EPIC.
- Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
- Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
- Promote continuous quality improvement.
- Instruct and counsel patients and families.
- Valid State RN License (required).
- BLS certification (required at hire).
- BSN or enrollment in a BSN program (preferred).
- Clinical experience (preferred).
