Role:
Clinical Wound & Ostomy Nurse responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients with ileostomies, colostomies, urinary diversions, and complex wounds.

A clinical expert who assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the care for patients with ileostomies, colostomies, and urinary diversions. Functions as a consultant for patients with altered skin integrity, including pressure ulcers and complicated wounds.

• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
• Board Certified in Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nursing (WOCN) within 2 years of hire.
• Experience managing simple and complex wounds and ostomies.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
• Applicants without a BSN must actively pursue and attain a BSN within five years of hire; continued employment beyond five years is contingent upon attaining the BSN.
• Registered Nurses employed by Swedish prior to December 1, 2012 are encouraged to pursue the BSN; obtaining the degree will not be a condition of employment.
• Board certification by the Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nurses Society (WOCN) upon hire.

$48.85 – $89.91 per hour (base pay; additional compensation may apply).
