Puget Sound Hospice is seeking a dedicated Hospice CNA to join our interdisciplinary team . In this role, you’ll provide direct patient care in homes, adult family homes, and facilities, supporting patients and families through end-of-life care with comfort, dignity, and compassion. You will see multiple patients per day driving to their home settings to provide care.

• Travel to multiple patient homes each day, providing 4–6 visits on average
• Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing)
• Monitor and report vital signs and patient conditions
• Administer medications under nurse supervision
• Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and families
• Maintain a safe, clean, and dignified care environment
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team on individualized care plansli>
• Document patient care accurately and comply with HIPAA regulations

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensed in Washington State
• Experience in home health or hospice agency highly preferred
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and empathetic
• Reliable, insured transportation and valid WA driver’s license
