Live Well Homecare is seeking a Med Surg/Telemetry RN in Washington state. The role provides high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units.
The RN will assess patient conditions, monitor cardiac telemetry, administer medications, prepare patients for procedures, document care, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans. A valid RN license in state regulations and current BLS are required; NIHSS and ACLS are preferred.
