Stepping Stone Pediatrics LLC is a privately owned pediatric medical clinic located in Bellevue, Washington. We are dedicated to providing excellent, compassionate, and personalized care for children from infancy through adolescence.

Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, on-site Pediatric Nurse Practitioner position in Bellevue, WA, with the opportunity to increase to full-time if desired. We are also happy to work with a provider who prefers to remain part-time.
One of the most important things we offer our providers is autonomy and flexibility. We believe experienced medical professionals do their best work when they are trusted and respected.
Providers have significant freedom to create their own schedules, determine the days and hours that work best for them, and practice within the areas of pediatric care in which they feel knowledgeable and comfortable. We are open to discussing individual preferences, strengths, and professional interests and building the position around a schedule that works well for both the provider and the practice.

Clinical responsibilities may include:- Well-child examinations and preventive care
- Acute and chronic pediatric care
- Developmental and behavioral screenings
- Immunizations
- Assessment and diagnosis of pediatric conditions
- Ordering and interpreting appropriate diagnostic testing
- Developing evidence-based treatment plans
- Patient and family education
- Collaboration with physicians and other members of the clinical team
- Accurate and timely medical documentation
- Strong pediatric nursing and primary care skills, with experience caring for patients from infancy through adolescence
- Advanced Nurse Practitioner assessment, diagnosis, and treatment-planning skills
- Strong foundation in medicine and nursing, with the ability to apply current clinical guidelines and best practices in outpatient pediatrics
- Active, unrestricted Washington State Nurse Practitioner/ARNP license
- National certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with strong pediatric experience
- Experience in outpatient pediatrics, family medicine, or primary care preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and family-centered care skills
- Ability to manage patients efficiently while maintaining accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
- High level of personal responsibility, professionalism, and reliability
- Interest in contributing ideas and helping a growing independent pediatric practice develop and thrive
- Alignment with the clinic’s mission and comfort working in a faith-guided environment while providing welcoming, respectful, inclusive, and non-discriminatory care to every patient and family.
