** Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
** provides direct resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse. This role helps support daily living activities, ensures resident comfort and safety, and promotes a positive, respectful environment.
** Reporting:
** This position reports directly to the Charge Nurse and the Director of Nursing Services (DNS).
** Key Responsibilities*
* • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.  
• Provide assistance with meals, hydration, and feeding as necessary.  
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and other clinical data accurately.  
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents.  
• Communicate changes in resident condition to the nursing team promptly.  
• Support residents with compassion, respect, and dignity at all times.  
• Assist in maintaining accurate and timely documentation.  
• Participate in teamwork to ensure high-quality resident care.## What We’re Looking For
** Education and License Requirements*
* • High school diploma or equivalent.  
• Current Washington State Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA).  
• Must be listed in good standing on the Washington State Department of Health Registry.
** Qualifications and Skills*
* • Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred, but not required. New licensees are welcome.  
• Strong communication and customer service skills.  
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions from licensed nurses.  
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.  
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to excellent resident care.  
• Ability to lift, move, and assist residents safely (per facility guidelines).
