Join our Bellevue Post‑Acute dedicated team in providing high‑quality, compassionate care to residents in our skilled nursing facility. Our team is built on compassion, respect, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
  • Provide assistance with meals, hydration, and feeding as necessary.
  • Take and record vital signs, weights, and other clinical data accurately.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents.
  • Communicate changes in resident condition to the nursing team promptly.
  • Support residents with compassion, respect, and dignity at all times.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
  • Participate in teamwork to ensure high‑quality resident care.
Education and License Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current Washington State Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA).
  • Must be listed in good standing on the Washington State Department of Health Registry.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in a skilled nursing or long‑term care setting preferred, but not required. New licensees are welcome.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to follow care plans and instructions from licensed nurses.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Compassionate, patient, and committed to excellent resident care.
  • Ability to lift, move, and assist residents safely per facility guidelines.
