To support your growth into the Medical Director role, you’ll have the opportunity to spend time and gain mentorship from other experienced and passionate Medical Directors within our small, but mighty, Washington based mini-group network.

As Medical Director, you’ll combine clinical expertise with strategic leadership to mentor associates, uphold medical excellence, oversee patient care, and foster a collaborative, client‑focused culture. You’ll work closely with the Hospital Director to implement best practices, support professional development, and enhance the hospital experience for pets and their families.

• Competitive salary: $150K-$180K + annual leadership stipend + quarterly incentives
