Senior real estate broker role at Rex Mont Real Estate, a lead-generation brokerage serving Seattle, Bellevue and the Eastside, for experienced agents who handle luxury and large volume. The brokerage supplies the leads (database, inbound calls, AI callers that qualify and set appointments, luxury buyer and seller inquiries from ), the agent dashboard, sales coaching twice a week and direct access to the designated broker.
Compensation is commission only: 40% of the brokerage commission to the agent on buyer sides and 35% on seller sides.
Active Washington State real estate broker or managing broker license with several years of practice; production at or near 100+ closed transactions and $50M+ in verified volume, or an equivalent luxury track record.
