Jacksons Food Stores - Up to $26.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Recruit, hire, train, and supervise store personnel, evaluate their performance, recommend and/or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions including separation of employment;
Monitor all financial transactions for the store daily and identify reasons for cash or inventory shortages;
Manage store outs and keep them to a minimum by ensuring shelves, displays and coolers are restocked as needed;
Manage food service and beverage programs to ensure sales and profits are maximized;
Ensure proper sanitation and food handling/prep/storage/disposal procedures are followed
