Assistant Store Manager (ASM)

Location:

Bellevue Square Mall, Bellevue, Washington.

Salary: $23.50 per hour - $29.40 per hour (commensurate with experience)

• Provide support to the Store Manager and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Spend quality time on the sales floor, engaging with customers and driving sales.
• Dare to exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with fans.
• Set new records and achieve remarkable success by surpassing commercial targets and KPIs.
• Create unforgettable shopping moments that exceed expectations through excellent product knowledge and brand loyalty.
• Coach and inspire the sales team, fostering accountability and providing real‑time feedback to achieve KPI goals.
• Build loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
• Recruit talent for sales associates and sales leads, building a strong team.
• Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards to ensure smooth, on‑brand operations.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Results‑oriented leader with at least 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—and the ability to charm and captivate audiences at all levels.
• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking that drives positive results.
• Mastery of time‑management, setting and adjusting priorities, and delegating tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point‑of‑sale systems.
• Minimum age 18 years with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
