Overview
Assistant Store Manager
Hourly rate ranges from $19.13 - $19.38 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
Benefits include:
Washington Paid Sick Time, Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications.
- Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
- Support the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store to ensure maximum sales and profitability.
- Establish and maintain Guest Services, develop staff, and control expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
- Prior retail management experience is required.
- The minimum age requirement is 18; must have a flexible schedule.
- Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
