Aerie - Sales Leader

Overview

As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading Leader on Duty shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You manage daily store operations as needed, train and motivate associates, and drive strong sales results. You represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

• You have a passion for driving sales: as a key Leader on Duty, you maximize fitting room and salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store guest experience. You support Store Leadership in maximizing business opportunities to drive KPI results.
• You are a people leader: you motivate and inspire the team through AEO’s core values, model service standards on the Sales floor and in the Fitting Room, and hold associates accountable.
• You identify talent and invest in training: recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs and develop associates to maintain outstanding service and a Guest First culture.
• You promote teamwork: set clear, attainable goals for Sales and Stock Associates and provide ongoing feedback through real-time coaching. Celebrate outstanding performance to drive engagement.
• You are a visual & operational innovator: execute and improve daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising moves, and visual standards. Ensure the Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and aligned with AEO Brand Standards.
• Integrity is valued: maintain store safety standards, uphold Asset Protection standards, adhere to AEO policies, and act with integrity at all times.

• Actual starting pay is determined by factors including relevant experience and location.

• PTO, paid sick leave and holiday pay vary by job level, location, classification, and years of service.
