Job Overview
This role is responsible for developing and executing retail visual merchandising strategies that drive customer engagement, sales performance, brand consistency, and operational excellence across the retail footprint. This leader serves as the bridge between merchandising, marketing, operations, and field teams to ensure visual standards, promotional initiatives, and customer experience strategies are effectively translated into scalable in-store execution. The role combines strategic planning, visual merchandising leadership, project management, and cross‑functional partnership to create compelling retail environments that enhance the customer journey while supporting business objectives.
Job Responsibilities- Develop long‑term merchandising strategies, promotional roadmaps, visual standards, and retail experience initiatives
- Partner with Marketing, Operations, Product, Inventory, Store Design, and Field Leadership to align priorities and drive enterprise initiatives
- Analyze customer insights, identify experience opportunities, and enhance in‑store engagement and conversion
- Monitor KPIs, sales performance, execution metrics, customer feedback, and ROI of merchandising programs
- Coach direct reports, build organizational capability, succession planning, and performance management
- Oversee rollout execution, field communications, compliance reviews, and continuous process improvement
- Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
- Acceptable areas of study include Marketing, Advertising or related field (Preferred)
- 7–10 years experience in Creative, Execution or Production Team management, Operations, Marketing or Advertising field (Preferred)
- 4–7 years experience in Retail, US Wireless, Consumer Electronics or Technology (Preferred)

Base pay range: $114,200 – $205,900. Corporate bonus target: 20%. Pay will vary by location, qualifications, and experience.
