Part Time Sales Lead

Pandora @ Bellevue Square Mall – The largest jewelry brand in the world is seeking a Sales Lead to manage in‑store sales and support managers and sales associates.

The Sales Lead will fully immerse themselves in our brand, culture, and product, delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the managers and sales associates.

• At least 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• A sense of care in written and verbal communication.
• Charm and captivate an audience, connecting with people at all levels.
• Business acumen and analytical thinking that delivers positive results.
• Mastery of time management, setting and adjusting priorities while delegating tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point‑of‑sale systems.
• Age 18 or older, with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays; standing for extended periods, lift 50 + pounds, and timely arrival to work.

$19.65 to $24.55 per hour, commensurate with experience.
