Job Title: Assistant Manager (Nordstrom Concession)
Location: Bellevue
Reporting To: Concession Manager
Pay Rate (Annually): $50,000-$60,000 + Quarterly Bonus Eligible
Responsibilities- Support the Concession Manager and act as the ‘go‑to’ senior Management Team member on shift.
- Drive sales and exceed targets through exceptional customer service, building a client business and leading conversion in our Services offerings (Piercing, Welding, Engraving and Monogramming).
- Provide people management and coaching to deliver the above.
- Maximize store efficiency through operations management.
- Deliver sales budget through the implementation of an action‑oriented business plan.
- Monitor and drive store and team KPIs.
- Deliver a consistent and exceptional standard of customer service through your sales team.
- Be a brand ambassador, setting the standard for exceptional customer experience and ensuring consistency throughout the team.
- Develop and maintain client relationships in line with Monica Vinader & Nordstrom guidelines to drive repeat business.
- Network to create key relationships with corporate and local clients to support HQ with revenue‑driving events.
- Set clear individual sales objectives and KPIs for your team and provide ongoing coaching and training.
- Implement approved brand and product training to ensure consistent styling advice and inspiration.
- Foster a welcoming environment for all direct Nordstrom employees, making them feel part of the team and supporting them in transactions and services.
- Manage the team in accordance with company policy and procedures.
- Stay attuned with Nordstrom compliance and training needs, ensuring all employees are up to date.
- Support the recruitment process, interview candidates, and compile feedback from trial shifts.
- Execute visual merchandising guidelines to a high standard.
- Ensure in‑store experience (Concession cleanliness) aligns with brand standards.
- Maintain an accurate stock file.
- Ensure accurate payment processing and cash handling.
- Ensure proper processing of in‑store services (engraving, aftercare).
- A demonstrated passion for customer service and business growth.
- Commercially aware and target‑driven.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

- Full‑time hours of 40 per week.
