Fabletics is seeking a passionate and driven Retail Assistant Store Manager for our Fabletics Retail Store at Bellevue Square in Bellevue, WA.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be an integral leader in shaping an exceptional retail experience. Working closely with the Store Manager and leadership team, you will drive sales and operational excellence, leveraging technology to create a seamless omnichannel shopping experience between online and our physical stores. • Embody company culture and values, acting as a model for all team members.
• Support the Store Manager and peer Supervisor in training associates and preparing them to actively engage customers.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store, including events, promotions, and community projects.
• Support and manage the store’s daily activities, ensuring alignment with company and store goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to increase overall customer experience.
• Maintain merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Provide and gather feedback from all levels of the organization to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence by exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required; boxes may weigh 10–30 lbs.

• Minimum 1 year of management experience within a retail environment; prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work with large teams and socially interact with customers, employees, and partners inside and outside the store.
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self‑motivated, good communicator, and ability to bring out the best in others.
• Strong multi‑tasking, prioritization, and performance under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, reach, and perform tasks for at least two consecutive hours; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing may be required.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

• Hourly salary $27.00–$31.00, depending on experience.
