• Daily stocking of fridges, drawers, snack bins, coffee machines
• Merchandising all products to ensure each display looks perfect (e.g., each label facing forward, each row of cans is inline)
• Rinsing and cleaning cycles on all machines
• Wiping down machines to remove dirt or clean spills
• Daily and weekly inventory of products in storage
• Identifying slow and fast‑moving products and making recommendations based on observations
• Predicting and planning for inventory issues
• Ordering products for a client site
• Client communication and liaison to the Agora Refreshments Team
• Daily check‑ins with the client to review inventory reports and upcoming deliveries
• Building a relationship with each client
• Gathering feedback from the client on ways we can improve
• Communicating issues or needs to the Agora team (e.g., coffee machine broken, kegerator pouring foamy beer, refrigerator not cold)
• Communicating upcoming special events to the Agora team (e.g., client holiday party)
• Meeting drivers upon delivery to each office

• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Clean driving record

Driver’s License Required

23 – 25 USD per hour (Seattle)
