Job Description Fabletics Retail is currently looking for a Part Time Sales Lead for our Fabletics Retail Store at Bellevue Square in Bellevue, WA!! What makes this job FAB? Collaborate with a driven Store Manager, dedicated leaders, and a passionate team of associates, all united in helping our customers live their passion. We are looking for a self‑starter with high energy who loves engaging with new people.

• Embed company culture and values and provide customers with insights on how to live their passion.
• Actively engage customers in new and meaningful ways by offering product knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store, from events and promotions to community projects.
• Provide training and immediate feedback according to the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations (Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat, etc.).
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to improve overall customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Provide and nourish feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge for all customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales performance and achieve sales goals.
• Uphold safety and security standards and identify and communicate potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required; boxes may weigh 10‑30 lbs.

• 1‑year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity of active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition and other healthy activities.
• Strong social interaction skills with customers, employees, and partners inside and outside the store.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and the ability to take initiative.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and P.O.S. systems.
• Self‑motivated, good communicator, and ability to bring the best out in others.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills to work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, open to evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Physical capacity to move, talk, hear, reach, grab, stand for at least two consecutive hours, and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

• Hourly wage between $21.00 and $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.
