Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate you will be the face of the brand to our retail customers and will be responsible for creating a best‑in‑class customer experience in the store, engaging a diverse group of customers, assisting with visual and operational maintenance, and supporting team collaboration.

• Ability to genuinely and comfortably engage a diverse group of customers.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to collaborate, work as a team, and adapt in the workplace.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge, experience, or willingness to learn about the products, activities, and community relevant to the store’s customer base.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets.

• High School Diploma or GED.

Hiring Range: $18.13 - $24.00 per hour. A part‑time or limited‑time position (e.g., internship) and is not eligible for all benefit plans. Details are provided upon hire.
