As a Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you will play an essential role in supporting store operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. From receiving and organizing merchandise to picking, packing, processing trailers, retrieving orders from our back‑of‑house storage and delivering them curbside to the customer, monitoring alerts to ensure Ready on Time completion of Buy Online Pickup In‑Store (BOPS) orders, you’ll help keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently.

You’ll also play a key part in customer interactions – greeting shoppers warmly, resolving issues, and delivering orders curbside with care. Your attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to operational excellence will directly impact both customer satisfaction and overall store performance.

• Begin the day with energy and readiness, review goals, learn new products and promotions, and prepare the store for success.
• On the floor, focus on the customer by greeting them warmly, actively listening and resolving issues, and building trust through personal, helpful interactions during curbside pickups or order fulfillment.
• Maintain a shoppable space by recovering the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting needed merchandise moves.
• Support teammates with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers and communities.
• Strive for continuous improvement, achieve sales goals, and learn from each other to deliver store results.

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Effective communication with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
• Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to meet daily sales goal challenges.

• Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 50 lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching above eye level.
• Requires close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment, cash register, and ability to process register transactions.
