• Welcome all customers and set expectations.
• Custom fit glasses and precisely place prescription in lenses.
• Act as a leader in optical acumen.
• Take and record measurements; accurately adjust/fit eyewear with attention to detail to ensure finished eyewear meets standards and customer needs.
• Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Use technology effectively under time pressure and customer volume, maintaining exceptional product knowledge and appropriate tools.
• Proactively explore root causes of issues, forward‑think, and ensure customers are satisfied and expectations exceeded.
• Multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time with competing priorities.
• Strive to achieve exceptional results on Brand KPIs and competencies.
• Take pride in store appearance, keeping the store clean, attractive, and organized.
• Inform management of safety opportunities; demonstrate safe work practices.
• Be resourceful, self‑motivated, and committed to continual learning, improvement, and results.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions, and inventory management.

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• State licensure.
• Optical dispensing experience.
• Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener, and team builder.
• Knowledge of current store merchandise.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Awareness of current fashion trends.
• Selling skills – ability to use and carry an iPad/tablet.
• Familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators.
• Willingness to embrace new technology and change.

• Previous customer service and retail experience.

Pay Range: $25.02 – $39.02 (hourly).

This posting is for an existing vacancy. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, employees may be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first‑class total rewards package.
