Job Description

• Support salesperson in all aspects of the selling process.
• Set up the customer fitting room with merchandise selected by the salesperson.
• Support team goals and build positive relationships.
• Perform daily department maintenance tasks, including stock work, re-merchandising, display, price markdowns, merchandise transfers and light cleaning.
• Own tasks and responsibilities with demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Apply strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positively and proactively handle customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Continuous movement for 6‑8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers.
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
• Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting these items above the head.
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.

$22.00 - $29.75 hourly (pay varies by location, job‑related knowledge, skills and experience).
