Optical Sales Associate

Summary

Provide exceptional customer service on the sales floor by building strong client relationships, delivering personalized product recommendations, and supporting omnichannel experiences. Use in-depth product and warranty knowledge to drive sales and meet daily and monthly targets. Assist customers with minor adjustments and ensure a polished, organized store environment.

• Greet and assist customers, assess needs, and recommend frames and lens options.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Provide omnichannel support to ensure seamless in-store and online customer experiences.
• Perform minor adjustments and repairs and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Keep sales floor and back-of-house areas clean, organized, and customer-ready.
• Follow brand policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in eyewear or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build client relationships.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds; POS experience and luxury sales background preferred.
