Role Overview

The Part‑Time Core Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora fan, responsible for delivering a world‑class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers). Core Staff are part‑time employees with consistent schedules and responsibilities, ensuring reliable support for both our team and our fans.

• Demonstrate at least 1 year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
• Develop a sense of Care in your communication skills both written and verbal.
• Charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Be at least 18 years or older and provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Embrace adventure! Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive to work on time.
• Maintain a consistent schedule with a minimum availability of 20 hours per week.
• Hours typically up to 12 hours in base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (not to exceed 30 hours per week). Dependable scheduling during peak hours or critical shifts including weekends.
