Summary

As an Outlet Assistant Leader you will partner with the Outlet Leader to drive operational excellence and deliver elevated customer experiences at the Bellevue Outlet. You will coach and develop the team, maintain merchandising and visual standards, and analyze business performance to identify opportunities. This role requires a solutions-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Coach, lead, and develop the outlet team in partnership with the Outlet Leader.
• Review and analyze business performance to identify opportunities and achieve results.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales, operations, and customer service initiatives.
• Maintain merchandising and visual presentation standards that reflect the Outlet vision and support safety and cleanliness.
• Model adaptability and guide the team through change with a solutions-focused approach.
• Represent the brand through professional communication and presentation.

• 3+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings.
• Proven ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Analytical and strategic thinker with sound decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across operational hours.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing as needed.
