Sales Associate

Tommy Bahama is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to serve guests, promote our island‑inspired products, and drive sales and service performance.

• Greet guests with a friendly smile and help them locate or obtain merchandise based on their needs and desires.
• Learn, reference, and share current product knowledge with guests, providing prompt recommendations and professional service to enhance their shopping experience (e.g., fit and fashion wardrobe advice, add‑on suggestions).
• Promote brand direction and inform guests of current marketing programs and upcoming events.
• Participate actively in all store‑related meetings, working toward exceeding sales and service performance goals set by store management.

• Minimum 2years of Guest and Sales experience.
• “Get things done” mindset.
• Natural collaborator able to identify opportunities and take initiative.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business.

Rate Range: $15.00 or minimum wage – $22.00/hr.
