Supply Chain Buyer
Hiring a Supply Chain Buyer, on-site in Bellevue, WA
The Buyer will assist the Buying Team in expanding the product selection by setting up new vendors and items, maintaining the product catalog, and managing pricing. This role involves launching new products, coordinating product details, maintaining product costs and retail prices, managing vendor relations, and assisting with special projects. Additionally, the Buyer will support and train as a backup to the Control Buyer.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Buying Team in expanding the product selection.
- Set up new vendors and items.
- Maintain the product catalog.
- Manage pricing.
- Coordinate new product launches.
- Maintain product cost and retail price.
- Manage content and images.
- Develop and maintain vendor relations.
- Assist with special projects.
- Support and provide training as a backup to the Control Buyer.
Essential Skills
- Experience in buying and indirect sourcing.
- Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and analysis.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Self-motivation and detail orientation.
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Understanding of data management and databases.
- Ability to work in a demanding but collegial environment.
- Teamwork skills are essential.
Work Environment
The position is 100% onsite in Bellevue, WA. The environment is highly demanding yet collegial, emphasizing teamwork.

This is a Contract position based out of Bellevue, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $39.00 - $40.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
