We are seeking a high‑energy individual who enjoys client relationships and has a solution‑oriented attitude. This role focuses on building and managing an existing and growing customer base. • Daily stocking of fridges, drawers, snack bins, and coffee machines
• Merchandising all products to ensure each display looks perfect
• Rinsing and cleaning cycles on all machines
• Wiping down machines to remove dirt or clean spills
• Daily and weekly inventory of products in storage
• Identifying slow‑ and fast‑moving products and making recommendations based on observations
• Predicting and planning for inventory issues
• Ordering products for a client site
• Client communication and liaison to the Agora Refreshments team
• Daily check‑ins with the client to review inventory reports and upcoming deliveries
• Building a relationship with each client
• Gathering feedback from the client on ways we can improve
• Communicating any issues or needs to the Agora team
• Communicating upcoming special events to the Agora team
• Meeting drivers upon delivery to each office

• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Clean driving record
• Contribute to a team atmosphere

• No visible piercings or tattoos
• Ability to lift 100 lbs
• Excellent people skills
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to move quickly with little supervision

• Driver’s License Required
