Job Summary

Hourly Pay: $21.30 per hour plus a target commission. Total target compensation: $28.99 per hour. Position is full‑time with a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and variable shifts.

• Work directly with customers in a retail location, evaluating their product needs and making appropriate recommendations.
• Provide outstanding customer service during all interactions.
• Help customers interpret and clarify account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answer questions about current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and process general service requests.
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Demonstrate expert-level knowledge and passion for technology, especially Comcast products and services.
• Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Meet sales goals and metrics.
• Contribute to a fun and competitive work environment that connects products and services to customers' everyday lifestyles.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 2–5 years of related experience; preference for consumer electronics or wireless retail sales experience.
• Full‑time availability with a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and variable shifts.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry or lift up to 25 pounds and stand/move throughout the store continuously.

• Base Pay: $21.30 per hour.
