Overview

The Outlet Store Leader provides strategic and operational leadership for the Bellevue outlet, driving team performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role sets strategy, executes operational plans, and builds a high-energy, people-first culture focused on quality, safety, and profitability.

• Lead, coach, and inspire store teams to create a dynamic, performance-driven culture
• Partner with Field Leadership and People Team on hiring, development, performance management, and career transitions
• Ensure visual presentation aligns with brand standards and supports outlet quality and safety
• Champion profit protection through risk management, security, cash controls, inventory management, and audits
• Analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and drive execution to achieve results
• Support and implement corporate initiatives and rollouts, providing follow-up and feedback

• 5+ years of leadership experience in retail, preferably in home furnishings
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Commitment to quality with meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to travel periodically and work a flexible, operational schedule
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending, and other physical tasks
