Merchandiser – Retail Store

Location:

Mercer Island, Washington

Schedule:

five 8‑hour shifts/week, 6:00 am start (overtime and weekends required)
Pay: $22.41–$29.13 /hour plus bonus structure (dependent on role)

• Use technology and applications as required throughout the day
• Clean and organize shelves and aisles each day to provide a safe environment for consumers
• Restock coolers, displays, racks and shelves, labeling outward for product distinction
• Rotate products to ensure quality following a first‑in‑first‑out stocking system
• Build displays and promotional items throughout the store according to supervisor instructions
• Maintain back‑room/back‑stock areas safely and prepare for return of unfit product daily
• Attend meetings, assist with special projects and events

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
• Reliable vehicle to travel to stores within assigned routes; however, transportation of products is not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as required by the business needs
