Deliver an outstanding customer service experience by providing consultative assistance in printing, signs & graphics, and shipping products;
Take customer orders and provide pricing information; manage production queue and store tasks;
Operate and maintain a wide variety of store equipment and handle packaging/shipping tasks;
Assist in training store team members and adhere to store policies and safety procedures;
Maintain store merchandising and stock materials; perform financial transactions at POS; ensure confidentiality of customer data
