glassybaby LLC seeks a Store Lead to guide daily operations in a retail location showcasing our hand-blown glass votives and drinkware. In this role, you will lead and coach a small team, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and embody our mission of healing, compassion, and community. You will oversee staffing, sales goals, visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, and POS procedures, while maintaining a warm, artful environment.
